Symposium Cost, Deposit and Cancellation Schedule

Initial deposit ($3000) is due at the time of securing space for this event.  
Your paid deposit constitutes registration for this conference and acceptance of the deposit and 
cancellation parameters and conditions.  The balance for this program will be due on Feb 1, 2025.

Program Cost:   Participant $10,975 ~ Guest $605

Cancellation Fees:

Initial deposit is non-refunable              

50% of full payment will be owed if cancelled between Aug 1, 2024 and March 1, 2025

75% of full payment will be owed if cancelled between March 2, 2025 and Sept 1, 2025

100% of payment due will be owed if cancelled on or after Sept 1, 2025

If you are unable to attend, the Conference Group LLC will accept a replacement from your credit union for this conference with full credit for payments to date.  Passports are required and typically require 6 months of valid time after the program.

            Attendees are encouraged to purchase trip insurance either with an online provider or through your travel professional.  The Conference Group is not responsbile for attendee expenses associated with a cancelled event.  In the unfortunate case that an event is cancelled, the Conference Group will not be responsible for expenses associated with related personal travel pre or post conference.

Payents are accepted by check, ACH and Credit Card.  Conference pricing is computed without a credit card processing fee.  If a credit card is used, there is a 2.8% processing fee added to the total amount paid.
