For the past 25 years, Frank Hackney has worked as a coach, facilitator and strategy development consultant to clients. He entered the education and organizational development industry in 1996 after graduating with an MS in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management. Frank has had roles in organizational leadership projects directly impacting in excess of 15,000 participants.  His engagements span from the “out of this world” work of the NASA Manned Space Flight Center to the “super-speedway world” of NASCAR.  His leadership coaching and facilitation engagements include Capital One, NASA, BARDA (Biomedical Countermeasures area of US Dept. HHS), Itron, Allianz, Sony, Oracle, PepsiCo, Microsoft, Pratt and Whitey, the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and a host of other organizations.  He has facilitated graduate level Group Dynamics and Team Learning for the School of Public Policy, George Mason University, and leads philanthropic team building and process improvement programs for organizations around the world.  Frank is certified by the Newfield Network as an ontological coach.

In 2007, after two decades of credit union executive leadership roles, Frank and his wife Connie established The Conference Group, LLC in cooperation with a Washington DC credit union.  They purchased the CUSO outright in 2010.   Since that time, they have built a reputation for delivering unique and outstanding program material, providing best-in-class service to clients, and utilizing some of the world’s most impressive venues.
