For the past 20 years, Frank Hackney has worked as a coach, facilitator and strategy development consultant to clients. His coaching and facilitation engagements include Capital One, NASA, BARDA (Biomedical Countermeasures area of US Dept. HHS), Itron, Allianz, Oracle, PepsiCo, MicroSoft and the National Student Clearinghouse. He has facilitated graduate level Group Dynamics and Team Learning for the School of Public Policy, George Mason University, and leads philanthropic team building and process improvement programs for organizations around the country. Frank has a post-graduate degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management, and is certified by the Newfield Network as an ontological coach.
Connie Hackney brings 13 years of association executive leadership to The Conference Group. Her attention to client satisfaction and capacity to connect with clients at a deep level of care and trust is a considerable strength that manifests in highly productive, long-term relationships. Leveraging her capacity to generate powerful learning experiences, Connie supports our philanthropic events, and shares responsibility for coordinating all off-site events. She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management has studied the emotional effects of change on organization staff.
