Program Facilitator

Lou is a longtime facilitator with the Conference Group.  His work with the CUES CEO program introduced him to the world of credit unions.  In addition, he is an accomplished Senior Executive with 30 years of experience in academic, industry and consulting settings. Lou has designed, led and taught in numerous Executive Education programs at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He is a seasoned consultant specializing in the areas of strategy, leadership, change management and team building.

Lou brings fresh content to this program.  His new consulting work is opening innovative ways of seeing and opportunities for learning.  He will examine the ability of credit unions to survive the pressures of sustaining a great organization.   Along the series of Jim Collins works, Lou will explore core philosophical issues and how they will, or will not, sustain the credit union for the long-term. Participants will also examine How the Mighty Fall, and what that means to their organization. From smart growth to service and strategy, Lou will engage participants and challenge current paradigms.
