Mike Meadows has helped enterprises and organizations for the past 20 years better understand their audiences and identify growth opportunities. Mike’s passion for customer-first methodologies and empathy-led thinking aim to elevate the end-to-end experience of our participants. His breadth of experience ranges from Financial Service providers, Real Estate Management Services and most recently Clinical Research. He has served in numerous leadership roles, with both domestic and international teams, designing software solutions, building brands and ultimately helping guide growth efforts of technology providers.

Misty Meadows brings 20 years of experience educating youth and equipping teams. She has formed several co-op organizations and currently leads and nurtures teams of other educators as a Support Representative. Misty serves in numerous volunteer capacities and is often sought out to develop deep, authentic relationships. We are excited to apply her vibrant spirit and her attention to detail as she invests in coordinating off-site events.
