This summer we have been actively delivering philantropic teaming events to some of the very largest organizations in the country. Whether it’s assembling prosthetic hands with a leading medical center, or assembling personalized skate boards with a top financial services provider – we’re delivering value across a broad spectrum of customers. From landmine victims to kids from the Boys and Girls Club, the response to our work has been overwhealming. Successful Summer of 2017!
For the past 15 years we have coached individuals and teams on a contract basis across a broad range of business genres – from NASA to Capital One. Now we are making this a public offer. Our performance coaching work is based in three domains: the body (our physical presence and capacity to manage stress and take action); the spirit (our mood and capacity to engage a broad range of possible actions); and the mind (our capacity to learn and to effectively move within the action cycle).
The final agreement for our 2018 Cape Town and Botswana program is complete. We are eager to share this event with our credit unions. The Savute Elephant Camp is a premier, must see site on the planet and we are honored to bring it to our clients.
Once upon a time strategic planning was a Fall event … that was then! Today most months of the calendar year contain a planning session. We’re focusing our attention on an even tighter planning process – validate key strategies against expectations, align on major actions and get clear on targets and reporting.
For the past decade we have delivered philanthropic team building exercises to some of the largest companies across the country. Today you can bring these events to your organization! Visit our Build Your Team page.
Beta Mannix closed up a week of excellent content this morning – fantastic job. Thank you to the Belmond Hotel Splendido and its wonderful staff for an extraordinary experience.

After nearly a decade of working from the original Conference Group web design, we have launched our new site. A bit ahead of schedule due to changes coming with our prior host. But here we are – it’s still a construction zone in many ways, so please excuse the dust.
We’re almost complete! Last minute details and pricing negotiations to bring you and your organization the best value possible!
Our new site will add calendar functionality and online registration through EventBrite.
We know new sites sometimes have hiccups – please let us know what you think!
