Payment, Deposit, Cancellation and Travel Insurance Information

Initial deposit (25%) is due at the time of securing space for this event.  The remaining balance is due in full 180 days ahead of the event (due April 10, 2018).

Individual Cancellation*:

             180 – 90 Days prior to arrival – Any cancellations within this period will be subject to a charge of 50% of the full amount invoiced. 



             90 – 60 Days prior to arrival – Any cancellations within this period will be subject to a charge of 75% of the full amount invoiced. 



             59 – 30 Days prior to arrival – Any cancellations within this period will be subject to a charge of 95% of the full amount invoiced.

             29 – 0 Days prior to arrival – Any cancellations within this period will be subject to a charge of 100% of the full amount invoiced.

 Attendees are encouraged to purchase trip insurance either with an online provider, or through our travel partner.  Please contact me if you want a quote from our provider.

 

Payents are accepted by check.  Conference pricing is computed without a credit card processing fee.  If a credit card is used, there is a 3% processing fee added to the total amount paid.

 

*Due to financial commitments made at the time of participant registration, all cancellations are subject to a $600 penalty.  In addition, if deposits have been made to local carriers for air transfers or related expenses, those deposits may not be refunadable.
