Initial deposit ($1500) is due at the time of securing space for this event.
Your paid deposit constitutes registration for this conference and acceptance of the deposit and
cancellation parameters and conditions. The balance for this program will be due on April 1, 2021.
Cancellation Fees:
Initial deposit is non-refunable
30% of full payment, less deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled between Sept 1, 2020 and Nov 15, 2020
50% of full payment, less deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled between Nov 15, 2020 and March 1, 2021
75% of full payment, less deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled between March 2, 2021 and June 1, 2021
100% of payment due, less deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled on or after June 2, 2021
If you are unable to attend, the Conference Group LLC will accept a replacement from your credit union for this conference with full credit for payments to date. Passports are required and typically require 6 months of valid time after the program.
Attendees are encouraged to purchase trip insurance either with an online provider or through your travel professional.
Payents are accepted by check. Conference pricing is computed without a credit card processing fee. If a credit card is used, there is a 4% processing fee added to the total amount paid.
