– Upon arrival, private transfer from the airport to the San Domenico Palace

– Opening night coctail reception, followed by group dinner (participants and guests)

– 6 nights at the San Domenico Palace

– Breakfast for two each day

– Three conference days

– Private transfer from the hotel back to the airport for departure

Initial deposit ($2500) is due at the time of securing space for this event.   Final balance due February 20, 2024.

Cancellation Fees:

Initial deposit is non-refunable.

50% of full payment will be invoiced if cancelled between April 1, 2023 and August 1, 2023

75% of full payment will be invoiced if cancelled between August 2, 2023 and September 6, 2024

100% of payment due will be collected if cancelled on or after September 6, 2024

            Attendees are encouraged to purchase trip insurance either with an online provider or through your travel professional.  The Conference Group is not responsible for attendee expenses associated with a cancelled event.  In the unfortunate case that an event is cancelled, the Conference Group will not be responsible for expenses associated with related personal travel commitments pre or post conference.

Payments are accepted by check.  Conference pricing is computed without a credit card processing fee.  If a credit card is used, there is a 3% processing fee added to the total amount paid.
