Initial deposit ($3000) is due at the time of securing space for this event.

Your paid deposit constitutes registration for this conference and acceptance of the deposit and cancellation parameters and conditions.  The balance for this program will be due on May 15, 2027.

Cancellation Fees:

Initial deposit is non-refunable

50% of the full payment, less the deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled between Nov 15, 2026, and Mar 1, 2027

75% of the full payment, less the deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled between Mar 2, 2027, and June 1, 2027

100% of the payment due, less the deposit fee, will be owed if cancelled on or after June 2, 2027

If you are unable to attend, the Conference Group LLC will accept a replacement from your credit union for this conference with full credit for payments to date.  Passports are required and typically require 6 months of valid time after the program.

Attendees are encouraged to purchase trip insurance either with an online provider or through their travel professional.  The Conference Group is not responsible for attendee expenses associated with a cancelled event.  In the unfortunate case that an event is cancelled, the Conference Group will not be responsible for expenses associated with related personal travel pre or post conference.

Payments are accepted by ACH through our QB invoicing system.  Conference pricing is computed without a credit card processing fee.  If a credit card is used, there is a 2.8 % processing fee added to the total amount paid.
